This could be a sticker from Radio Liechtenstein which also goes by "Radio L" on some of their logos.  Anybody know for sure?  The back of the decal has a business name (probably the company that printed them)--Tilt S.A. based in Morges, Switzerland, more than 200 miles away from Liechtenstein.
