There are two WRENs. Both are oldies but are two different stations in two markets. Real Oldies is the one in Charlottesville but the other one is online-only and is in Topeka, KS.
You're right! I did think it was odd that the bottom sticker didn't have a frequency. I'll update the post. Thanks
