KKIS was a Top-40 station licensed to Pittsburg, California from 1958 until the early 1970s. In 1972 they switched to Easy Listening and by the late 1970s had added nightly Spanish language programming and Disco music on Saturday nights. A
1985 KKIS aircheck sounds like a straight-up CHR station station while a
1989 Broadcasting Yearbook had their format listed as Adult Contemporary. In 1993 KKIS became KATD which currently airs Spanish Talk.
