WRFR

WRFR-LP is a commercial-free, volunteer-run station in Rockland, Maine.  They went on the air in 2002 with 100 watts of power and can also be heard on 99.3 FM licensed to Camden, ME.  WRFR is owned by The Old School, an "experimental free and open university".
