WROG

A 1994 sticker from "G103" WROG, a Country station in Cumberland, Maryland.  The 102.9 FM frequency went silent in 2008.

  1. The frequency went silent, but the license itself moved to Chambersburg, PA and is now WITF-FM full-power rebroadcaster WYPM-FM 93.3.

Broadcast Communications sold WROG to WITF, Inc. for $875,000 in September 2008. The new WYPM began as a local NPR signal on January 15, 2009, but switched to simulcasting WITF full-time on July 1, 2011.
