730 AM WOHS went on the air in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1946. By 2009 they were listed as "silent" in the FCC database and became WZGV after an ownership change. The WOHS call letters were snatched up by another local station and now broadcasts at 1390 AM. Crest, Shelby and Burns are Charlotte-area high schools. Another WOHS sticker can be seen here.

KCJK "X105.1" is an Active Rock station in Kansas City, Missouri. The call letters refer to a previous branding as "Jack FM" a sticker from which can be seen here. This sticker depicts KC's skyline including the four columns known as the Bartle Hall Pylons. They were built to suspend the convention center above Interstate 670 and each one is topped by a unique aluminum and steel sculpture called "Sky Stations."

540 AM WDMV (W DelMarVa--the peninsula making up most of Delaware and parts of Maryland and Virginia) was on the air in Pocomoke City, Maryland from 1955 until 2004.
WAPI
WAPI was formed from the merging of WSY, the first radio station in Alabama, and WMAV which was owned by what is now Auburn University. The new station's first broadcast was in 1925 with the call letters chosen for (W) Alabama Polytechnic Institute which was what Auburn University was called at the time. WAPI relocated to Huntington, Alabama in 1928 and moved to its present dial location of 1070 AM in 1942.

CKO was a Canadian radio news network that broadcast from 1977 until 1989. Based in Toronto, Ontario, they were heard in a dozen cities including Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Ottawa and Winnipeg. All stations used the CKO call letters with corresponding numbers (CKO-FM-1, CKO-FM-2 etc.) The network reportedly lost $55 million dollars during its existence and was abruptly taken off the air in the middle of a broadcast on it's last day.
