1150 AM KAYO was on the air in Seattle, Washington from the early 1950s until the early 1980s. Formats over the years included Top-40, MOR and Country. This sticker is from their Country period which lasted from 1963 until around 1980.
This website says that they were Seattle's first station with that format and perhaps the first station in the US with a full-time/24 hour Country format.
