WIAL is an Adult Contemporary station licensed to Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The station first went on the air with an Easy Listening format before switching to Top-40 in 1982. They later became a Hot Adult Contemporary station which is probably about the time this sticker came out. Since 2008 they've been a mainstream AC station. The "I94" branding comes from Interstate Highway 94 which stretches from Port Huron, Michigan to Billings, Montana and runs along the south and west side of Eau Claire.
