93.3 FM CFRU is a volunteer-run, campus and community radio station broadcasting from the
University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario. Official radio transmissions at the school began in 1969 with carrier current station Radio Gryphon. Broadcasts moved on to Guelph's cable FM system and then AM before moving to FM in 1980. CFRU airs a wide mix of music, news, spoken word and foreign language programs.
