WIBV was on the air in St. Louis, Missouri from 1947 until 1998. They were licensed to Belleville, Illinois and started out as a daytime-only station broadcasting from Fischer's Restaurant at 1060 AM. The move to 1260 AM took place in the mid-1950s. The frequency is currently home to Religious outlet WSDZ
