KNKT

107.1 FM KNKT was a Religious station licensed to Armijo, New Mexico near Albuquerque.  They were on the air from 1994 until 2021 when they were sold to the Bible Broadcasting Network.
 

KHAC

1300 AM KHAC began operations in 1967 as a daytime-only broadcaster licensed to Window Rock, Arizona.  They aired a Religious format aimed at the local Native American population with some programming in the Navajo language.  They moved to 1110 AM in 1979 and are currently found at 880 AM now licensed across the border in Tse Bonito, New Mexico.
 

KCMD

AM 970 KCMD was a Talk station in Portland, Oregon circa the mid-2000s.  The call letters were left over from a previous (K) CoMeDy format. 
 

Sud Radio

Sud Radio ("Radio South") is heard on dozens of FM frequencies throughout France along with digital audio broadcasts from studios in Boulogne-Billancourt near Paris.  They went on the air in 1958 under the name Andorradio and became Sud Radio in 1966.
 

KCMB

104.7 FM KCMB is a 100,000-watt Country station licensed to Baker City, Oregon.
 

CJCI

620 AM CJCI signed on the air from Prince George, British Columbia in August 1970.  They were owned by Central Interior Radio Inc--the CI in CJCI's call letters.  "Wild Country 620" moved to 97.3 FM in 2002 and became "The Wolf."  A CJCI FM sticker can be seen here.
 

KHTY and KMGQ

Santa Barbara, California's KHTY started as Top-40 station "Y97" beginning in 1985.  They flipped to Modern Rock in the mid-1990s and flipped again three years later to Smooth Jazz after sister station KMGQ moved their format and call letters from 106.3 FM to 97.5 FM. 
 

97.4 Rock FM

97.4 Rock FM broadcasts from Preston in northwestern England.  Despite their name Rock FM is actually a straight-ahead Pop/CHR station.  A name change to Hits Radio Lancashire is set to take place in April of this year.

Radio Netherlands Worldwide

Early international shortwave broadcasts from the Netherlands began as early as the 1920s with reception reports received from the Dutch East Indies (now Indonesia).  Radio Netherlands Worldwide transmissions began just after World War II with help from the BBC.  English broadcasts to North America ended in 2008 and a massive 70% budget cut took place in 2011.  The very last shortwave broadcast was in Spanish for a Cuban audience in 2014.  Radio Nederland Wereldomroep is now RNW Media with content aimed mostly at countries in Africa and Asia to bring about social change using digital media platforms.

KBHW

99.5 FM KBHW is a Religious station licensed to International Falls, Minnesota.  They are also heard on about a dozen other frequencies across northern Minnesota on what is now known as the Psalm FM network. 

 

PIK

Ραδιοφωνικό Ίδρυμα Κύπρου (PIK) is the Greek name for the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation based in the capital city of Nicosia.  Together with two television channels, the public broadcasting service also transmits four domestic radio channels along with an external shortwave service targeted to Greek Cypriots living in the United Kingdom.  PIK's first radio broadcast took place in October 1953 with programs in Greek, Turkish and English.
 

KHTN

"Hot 104.7" KHTN is a Rhythmic Top-40 station licensed to Planada, California, part of the Merced/Modesto media market.
 

WWXM

"Mix 97.7" WWXM is a 100,000-watt CHR station in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

KTYD

99.9 FM KTYD (pronounced on-air as "K-Tide") has been a Rock station in Santa Barbara, California since the early 1970s.  Despite being bought and sold at least half a dozen times over the years, KTYD has always carried some type of Rock format.
 

KICI

"Kick 99.1" KHCK was a Tejano station licensed to Denton, Texas near Dallas.  At one time they were simulcast on 107.9 FM KICI licensed to Corsicana, TX.
 

WYJS

"Spirit 106" WYJS was a Contemporary Christian station in Jackson, Mississippi circa the late 1990s/early 2000s.
 

KCQR

The first station to use the 94.5 FM frequency in Santa Barbara, California was "94 Rock" KCQR which signed on in April 1989.  They existed until 1995 when they flipped to Regional Mexican with new call letters KSPE.  KCQR was licensed to Ellwood, CA.
 

WVOS

95.9 FM WVOS (W Voice Of Sullivan County) is licensed to Liberty, a small village in New York's Catskill Mountains.  They flipped from Country to Classic Hits in 2007.
 

WVKS

WVKS "92.5 Kiss FM" has been a CHR station in Toledo, Ohio since 1990.

Musique 3

Musique 3 airs Classical music to the French-speaking areas of Brussels and Wallonia in southern Belgium.  They are heard on about a dozen FM frequencies along with DAB, satellite and internet streaming.  Musique 3 came about in 1994 with a slight name change to Musiq'3 in 2004.
 

Radio France

Radio France is a government-owned public radio broadcaster based in Paris.  There are seven national networks offering news, cultural programming, talk and various formats of music.  Stickers from Radio France Bleu, a network of dozens of regional stations, have their own post here.
