WGRG

I have this sticker filed under WGRG but almost every Broadcasting Yearbook from the 1990s lists WGRG as having been a Top-40 or Hot AC station.  The 1992 Yearbook says they had the call letters WQXT with an Oldies format which would fit the "Rockin' Gold" slogan better.  Anybody know what the call letters and format were for this decal?  They were licensed to Owego, New York and are currently WLTB now licensed to Johnson City, NY.
