The 1985 Broadcasting Yearbook lists Huntsville Ontario's CFBK as having a Middle-of-the-Road format. The station ceased broadcasting on the AM dial at the end of 1987 and currently lives at 105.5 FM as "Muskoka's Lite Favourites." The District Municipality of Muskoka is located in the central part of the province about two hours north of Toronto. It's referred to as "cottage country" and is dotted with many picturesque villages, lakeside hotels and resorts and sees over 2 million visitors annually (although there are only 50,000 permanent residents.) Celebrities who own retreats in the area include Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, Cindy Crawford and Kurt Russell.
