Cherie FM broadcast in Belgium beginning in the early 1990s. Besides the 103.6 FM outlet in Leige, the Paris-based Cherie FM network also had stations in Charleroi and Brussels. According to
Wikipedia, Cherie FM ceased broadcasting in 2008 (at least in Belgium) but they still seem to have frequencies
all over France.
