Wayne's WOWO.  Both frequencies are currently unused in the state of Indiana.  The AM 1300 towers were cut down in an apparent act of vandalism after the station went silent.

KTRU

91.7 KTRU was the volunteer-run station at Rice University in Houston, Texas.  They began in 1967 as KHCR (K Hanszen College Radio) a two-watt engineering project run through the college's buzzer system and turned into a 50,000-watt college radio monster over the ensuing decades.  In 2011 Rice sold the station to the public radio network of the University of Houston for $9.5 million.

Rice Radio now broadcasts at 96.1 FM with the official call letters KBLT-LP although they still use KTRU for marketing purposes.

The bottom two decals were generously donated to Radio Sticker of the Day by Jennifer Waits, the writer behind the excellent college radio blog Spinning Indie.  Thanks Jennifer!
She also writes for Radio Survivor which has her article about KTRU sticker art as well as other college radio happenings.

WVYC went on the air in November, 1976 from York College in York, Pennsylvania.  The 36-watt station now broadcasts at 99.7 FM after moving from 88.1 FM.  Oddly, according to the FCC database, WVYC is still officially licensed to operate at 88.1 even though they have been broadcasting at their current frequency since the late 1990s.  A construction permit issued by the FCC to move to 99.7 expired in 1998 but it appears they made the move anyway.
