German radio stickers can sometimes be difficult to figure out. Take this decal for example: I think "Südfunk 1" was a 1980s-era radio program heard on a station (also called Südfunk) which was formerly called Süddeutsche Rundfunk which merged with Südwestfunk to form Südwestrundfunk....or something. The RFW logo at the bottom of the sticker stands for Rundfunkwerbung which is/was.....uh, who the hell knows. The station was originally based in Stuttgart, Germany and later moved to Mannheim. The RFW logo stands for RundFunkWerbung Stuttgart, it was the internal advertising agency for Sudfunk. Hope it helps :)
