"J107.1" WALJ was a Smooth Jazz station in Macon, Georgia.

KSCA

101.9 FM KSCA (K Southern CAlifornia) played Adult Album Alternative music from 1994 until 1997.  At that time, they were owned by Golden West Broadcasters which itself was owned by the actor and "Singing Cowboy" Gene Autry.  KSCA then flipped to Spanish-language Ranchera music branded as "La Nueva".  They are currently known as "Zona MX 101.9".  KSCA is licensed to Glendale, California.

KOXR

910 AM KOXR plays Ranchera music in (K) OXnaRd, California.  They dropped the "La Consentida" (which roughly translates to spoiled or pampered) and are currently branded as "La Mexicana".

KGMI

790 AM KGMI is a News/Talk station in Bellingham, Washington.  They are now also heard on a translator station at 96.5 FM.

KCEG

780 AM KCEG airs Classic Country and Bluegrass in Colorado Springs/Pueblo, Colorado.  "Radio Ranch" plays music from 1944 to today but concentrates on the classic/traditional sounds of Country music.

Varietys

 "Variety 104.5" CFLG was an Adult Contemporary station in Cornwall, Ontario.

WDNH is a Top-40 station licensed to Honesdale, Pennsylvania.  They dropped the "Variety" branding and are now known simply as "95-3 DNH."  They are the only CHR station I know of that airs lesser-known local bands alongside the usual chart toppers.

"Variety 100.5" WVOR was a Hot Adult Contemporary station in Rochester, New York.  This decal is circa 2005.

WYXX

WYXX is a Classic Rock station in Goshen/South Bend, Indiana.

KNPR

88.9 FM KNPR (K Nevada Public Radio) airs News/Talk programming in Las Vegas, Nevada.  They went on the air in 1980, originally at 89.5 FM, before moving to their current frequency in 2003.

KKCW

"K103" KKCW has aired an Adult Contemporary format since going on the air in 1984.  They are licensed to Beaverton, Oregon and serves the Portland metro area.  The CW in their call letters stands for Country & Western which was intended to be their original format but KUPL beat them to it.

XFMs

"98.9 XFM" CJFX is an Adult Contemporary station in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.

XFM was an Indie/Alternative Rock station in London, England from 1997 until 2015 when they rebranded as "Radio X".  Past DJs who went on to greater fame as actors include Ricky Gervais, Simon Pegg and Russell Brand.

99.1 KXFM was a Rock station licensed to Santa Maria, California.  They currently carry a Rhythmic Oldies format as "Old School 99.1"

105.9 WXFM had a 25-year run on the air in Chicago, Illinois.  From 1960 until the mid-1980s WXFM carried a wide variety of music including Classical, Folk, Showtunes, Big Band and Jazz.  In 1969 they became the home of Triad Radio, a freeform Album Rock show that aired until 1977.  By the 1980s WXFM played mostly Jazz, Fusion and New Age music.



Herb Kent began working in radio in 1944 as the host of a Classical music show on WBEZ.  "The longest-working DJ in the history of radio"--as certified by the Guiness Book of World Records in 2009--continued working for more than 70(!!) years.  He passed away on October 22, 2016 having done his final show on "V103" WVAZ that very morning.
Kent began working at WXFM in 1978 and was there until at least 1981.  He was probably the first black DJ to regularly play Punk and New Wave music on his show "Punk Out".
Anybody know what Cheker/"...it's a gas!" printed on the sticker refers to?

XFM was an Alternative Rock station in Ottawa, Ontario from 1999 until 2004.  It's unclear if this sticker came out when they had the call letters CFMO or after they changed to CIOX.

KYCC

90.1 KYCC (K Your Christian Companion) is a Religious station licensed to Stockton, California.  Programming is also heard on a network of about a dozen translators in parts of California, Texas, New Mexico and Nevada.

Radio Mariquita

Radio Mariquita was a shortwave pirate station emanating from somewhere in Italy.  Broadcasts commenced in 1994 but a few years later they were raided by the Italian state police who confiscated their transmitter.

Radio Campus Lille

Radio Campus 106.6 went on the air in 1969 from University Lille 1 in Lille, France.

WTSH

"South 107" WTSH was a Country station licensed to Rockmart, Georgia, about an hour southeast of Atlanta.

WOAH

One of my favorite stickers in the entire collection.  A late-1960s decal from Miami, Florida's WOAH, a 250-watt daytimer that played Country music.  I love the vintage cartoon cowboy getting his horse to stop by shouting the call letters along with the old timey "Dial 12" for their 1220 AM frequency.

WKVL

1550 AM WKVL was an Oldies station in Clarksville, Tennessee.  I think they were on the air from the early to mid 1980s bit I'm just guessing.  It's unclear what became of the station as there is currently no station licensed to Clarksville at that frequency.  Anybody know?

WGKT

WGKT (W Gold KaraT) was a short-lived Oldies station in Buffalo, New York circa 1989/90.

WBYM

"1490 The Gold Mine" WBYM was a Classic Country station in Hampton, Virginia circa 1999.

KXXX

"X100" KXXX was a Dance-leaning CHR station from 1988 until 1991 in San Francisco, California.

KRDS

The KRDS call letters existed in Phoenix, Arizona from 1963 until 1997.  The top sticker dates to when they carried a Country format as "Cards Country" circa (I'm guessing) the late 1960s.  Other formats over the years include News/Talk, Contemporary Christian and Spanish.  KRDS was licensed to Tolleson, AZ.
