Hank FM is the branding of a handful of stations in the US and Canada that typically carry a Country or Classic Country format (or a mix of both.) The owner of the brand is Kroeger Media who also created the "Bob FM" Variety Hits format. Other Hank FM stickers can be seen here. And here.

KSNM
A 1997 sticker from 98.7 FM KSNM in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. At that time they carried an Adult Standards/Oldies format and are currently a Classic Rock outlet.
This 95.5 FM KSNM decal is from Santa Fe, New Mexico and probably dates to around 1980 or 81. It is possible that this station is completely unrelated to the KSNM in the top sticker--Santa Fe is about three hours away from Truth Or Consequences--but it is curious that they had the same call letters. The only thing I could find out about "The Hurricane" is that is was the nickname of Harry Gregor who was the program director at the time and presumably did an airshift as well. The 1981 Broadcasting Yearbook states that KSNM broadcast a Middle-Of-The-Road format at the time.
