Radio Lucrece
My records show that Radio Lucrece is/was from France. Beyond that, I know nothing about them and Googling hasn't helped.

it was a very good radio with big sessions of diferent underground styles : french reggae, dance hall and rap with artists freestyling on the mic. lot of underground techno mixes too.
Yes Lucrece Radio started in the 80 s in Paris and then went in the paris suburbs..Stopped in 1995 First it was a militant radio and after still but in a lesser way , musically we were free 18h/week reggae and dancehall live equal for techno music...Radio creativity Its boss was Claude Palmer
