Channel Africa is the international broadcasting service of the
South African Broadcasting Corporation. They broadcast in six languages over shortwave, satellite and the internet. Their mandate is to "contribute to the development of Africa, support peace, democracy and good Governance through the production and broadcast of innovative, dynamic and stimulating news, current affairs and informal knowledge building content in English and other major African languages."
