Car Talk was a call-in talk show about automobiles and automotive repair. It aired on
WBUR in Boston, Massachusetts starting in 1977 and countrywide on
National Public Radio from 1987 until 2012. The show was hosted by master mechanics Tom and Ray Magliozzi, the
MIT-educated owners of
Good News Garage in Cambridge, MA.
