"New Rock 97.3" WAQZ was an Alternative Rock station in Cincinnati, Ohio circa 2003-2005. WAQZ's existence ultimately spanned from the early 1990s (when they broadcast at 107.1 FM as "
Channel Z") to 2006 when they flipped to Country with new call letters WYGY. WAQZ was licensed to Lebanon, Ohio.
