KFKB "Forks 1490" played Classic Country in Forks, Washington. They went off the air pemanently in 2019.

KFKB's format, the country-formatted "Forks 1490", lives on on sister-station KBDB-FM's HD2 signal.
A fun piece of trivia: Forks, Washington is the setting for the Twilight series of books/movies (though none of the movies were apparently filmed there, according to IMDb). KBDB-FM latched onto this and has been branding as "Twilight 96.7" since 2012.
