KSTR "96.1 K-STAR" is a Classic Rock station licensed to Montrose, Colorado.
KSTR-AM was located at 620 AM and licensed to Grand Junction, CO (currently Contemporary Christian KJOL.) The FM half doesn't seem to exist, at least with the KSTR call letters. Both the 1984 and 1985 Broadcasting Yearbooks list 96.1 FM as being KWDE with an "Adult Contemporary, Modern Country" (?!) format.
I can find no evidence of a station having the KSTR calls in the mid-80s (as dated by the coupon expiration.) Judging by the Morning Zoo caricatures the station probably had a CHR format. Maybe there's no relation to the current K-STAR and the vintage KSTR other than having the same call letters and being from the same area. I'm through researching it.
This brainy sticker is from those smartypants public radio people over at WMUB in Oxford, Ohio. They broadcast at 88.5 FM from Miami University. Budgetary challenges forced WMUB to become part of Cincinnati Public Radio in 2009, ending 59 years of local programming.
The 1985 Broadcasting Yearbook lists Huntsville Ontario's CFBK as having a Middle-of-the-Road format. The station ceased broadcasting on the AM dial at the end of 1987 and currently lives at 105.5 FM as "Muskoka's Lite Favourites."
Radio Manila broadcasts at 100.8 FM in Turin, Italy. It's unclear whether they still broadcast at 98.5 FM or not.

A 1989 sticker from AM 670 KPUA, a News/Talk station licensed to Hilo, Hawaii. KPUA made news recently when they stopped airing the Rush Limbaugh Show after the host's inflammatory remarks against a women's health activist.
If I'm not mistaken, WYNO was a pirate radio station based in Phillipsburg, New Jersey during the second half of the 1970s. I received this sticker from one of the station's DJs (here he is) along with a bunch of other radio promotional stuff in a trade back in 1998. Check out some dynamite WYNO photos and playlists here.

88.9 FM WMWX "ClassX Radio" is a Rock station licensed to Miamitown, Ohio just west of Cincinnati. The non-profit station signed on the air in August, 2006 and also broadcasts on 89.3 FM licensed to Waynesville, Ohio and 89.1 FM WKCX in Crittenden, Kentucky. "ClassX Radio" is a throwback to a true Album Oriented Rock station playing deep album cuts, new artists, familiar rock hits and "melodic rock." Listen live here.
"98.7 Kiss FM" is an Urban Adult Contemporary station in New York City. The former Adult Top-40 of WXLO became WRKS (W RKO Station) in June, 1981 eventually taking the low-ranked station from 22nd to 3rd in the ratings. In 1983 "Kiss FM" became the first station in the United States to play Rap music on a regular basis. They've since carried various strains of the Urban format and currently play "Classic Soul and Today's R&B."
