WNNJ AM & FM

1360 AM WNNJ was an Oldies station licensed to (W) Newton, New Jersey.  They went on the air in 1953 with a full-service MOR/News format.  Adult Contemporary, Top-40 and Standards formats followed before the "Solid Gold" Oldies began in the mid-1980s.  In 2008, WNNJ became WTOC and they currently carry Spanish Christian programming.

WNNJ FM is a Classic Rock station and went on the air in 1962.

KPLU

88.5 KPLU was a Jazz and News station in Tacoma, Washington from 1966 until 2016.  It was established by (K) Pacific Lutheran University located in Parkland, WA.  After learning that Pacific Lutheran was in quiet negotiations with the University of Washington to sell the station and incorporate it into UW's KUOW, a group called Friends of 88.5 managed to raise $7 million dollars to purchase KPLU and nix the deal.  The newly independent station changed call letters to KNKX ("Connects") in August, 2016.

Omulunga Radio / KUDU FM

Omulunga Radio went on the air in Windhoek, Namibia in February, 2002.  Omulunga is an Oshiwambo word for a type of palm tree that grows in low-lying regions of south central Africa.

Sister station KUDU FM was also based in Windhoek and went on the air in 1998.  They are now known as JACC FM and carry an Adult Hits format (just like the dozens of "Jack FMs" in North America.)

Radio NRW

Radio NRW is a content provider and umbrella organization for 45 local radio stations in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.  Their first broadcast was in 1990 with what is now Radio
Duisburg.  NRW is based in the city of Oberhausen.

WTRO

AM 1450 WTRO is a Classic Hits station licensed to Dyersburg, Tennessee.  The back of this sticker has a Dr. Pepper logo on it which isn't surprising since the local Dyersburg Dr. Pepper/Pepsi Bottling Company is the parent company of the owners, Burks Broadcasting.

WNYG

1440 AM originally went on the air in Babylon, New York in 1958 with the call letters WBAB.  They simulcast with their FM sister station before becoming WNYG (W New York Gospel) in 1976.  Formats over the years include Standards, Oldies, Spanish, CHR and Gospel.  For a short time around 2000, WNYG was known as "Student Radio" with a plan to train high school and college students while simultaneously running a commercial station.  As of this posting, WNYG is running a Spanish Religious format as "Radio Cantico Nuevo".

WKTT

WGHT

1500 AM WGHT was an Oldies station licensed to Pompton Lakes, New Jersey.  They were known for the wide variety in their playlist which featured songs from the 1950s up to about 2000.  Sadly, the live and local daytimer signed off the air for good a little over two weeks ago.

KXUL

KXUL "91X" is an Alternative Rock station broadcasting from the University of Louisiana-Monroe.  They first went on the air in 1973 as KNLU when the school was known as (K) Northeast Louisiana University.

KRCS

KRCS "Hot 93.1" is a Top-40/CHR station in Sturgis, South Dakota.

KLBQ

KLBQ is a Classic Country station licensed to Junction City, Arkansas.  In July, 2017 they switched frequencies from 98.7 FM to 101.5 FM and are currently known as "The Hog."

Merry Christmas!

"107.5 The End" KENZ was a Modern Rock station in Salt Lake City, Utah from 1996 until 2005.  This Christmas wreath sticker is similar to one I posted in 2011 when KENZ's frequency had moved to 101.9 FM.

KELS

92.1 KELS was a Top-40 station circa the early 1980s in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

KASV

88.7 KASV was a Religious station licensed to Borger, Texas. 

Mystery Sticker - Country Music 1600 AM

Anybody know what station this sticker was from?  The only clue is that someone wrote "? WEST COAST MASS" on the back.  It was obtained with a bunch of other vintage radio stickers, many of which were from the New England area.

103.1 WRNR is an independently-owned, Adult Album Alternative station in Annapolis, Maryland.

KURK

"100.9 K-Rock" KURK was a short-lived, mainsteam Rock station in Reno/Sparks, Nevada.  They existed in 2016/2017.

CKKR

A sticker circa 1996 from Country station CKKR in Cranbrook, British Columbia.  They were on the air from September, 1995 until July, 2002.

WCVO

"104.9 The River" WCVO (W Christian Voice of Central Ohio) is a Religious station licensed to Gahanna, Ohio.  They went on the air in 1972.
