College Radio Week - KZSU
KZSU has been broadcasting from the campus of Stanford University in Stanford, California for over 60 years. Programming is mostly music-based including the world's longest-running Hip-Hop show "The Drum" which has aired since the late 1970s. KZSU has a strong affiliation with Stanford Cardinal athletics having aired eight different team sports in recent years. Despite commercial station KNBR having "exclusive" broadcast rights with Stanford, football and men's basketball games continue to air on KZSU. The Princeton Review ranked KZSU #12 on their 2012 list of "most popular" college radio stations.
