WEHH is an Adult Standards station in Elmira, New York. They signed on in 1952 and became the first station in the market to play rock 'n roll. In the 1970s they flipped to Easy Listening and later became an Oldies station. It's unclear what format was in play when these stickers were current. In 1999 the station went dark but returned a few months later a notch up the dial at 1600 AM. WEHH is licensed to Elmira Heights-Horseheads, New York, one of a
handful of stations with a dual city of license.
The background of the second sticker is actually a similar bright orange as the call letters of the top sticker but, once again, my scanner couldn't handle it.
