WRKY was a Country station licensed to Steubenville, Ohio circa 1997.
This sticker could be from
any number of
Froggy branded Country stations but, fortunately, somebody wrote "WRKY" on the back. It was probably printed just before they switched their call letters to
WOGH and moved their city-of-license across the border to Burgettstown, Pennsylvania. The frequency-free decal covers WOGH and two other simulcast stations: 104.3 FM WOGI - Moon Township, PA and 94.9 FM WOGG - Oliver, PA.
