WEIC
WEIC broadcast in Charleston, Illinois from 1954 to 2012, most recently with a Gospel format. 1270 AM is currently News/Talk WRJM. Anybody know what the meaning of "Full-Time Alert" is?
Maybe it was meant to commemorate going full time from being a daytimer? That occurred back in 1970 according to the Broadcasting Yearbook archive site. That sticker does kind of a have a 1970'ish look to it.

That makes perfect sense.
