CKFU
"100.1 Moose FM" CKFU is a 50-watt, Low Power FM station from Fort St. John, British Columbia. They went on the air in 2003 with a Hot AC/Classic Hits format and switched to Country in 2009.
CKFU did apply to boost the power to 20,000 watts in 2007 but was turned down. I'm quite surprised that they haven't tried again as the CRTC has really eased up in recent years when it comes to granting power increases to low power stations.
