KGIL

This KGIL sticker probably dates to the mid-1980s when that year's Broadcasting Yearbook says 1260 AM carried an MOR format while "K94.3" was Adult Contemporary.  These 1984 jingles for the combo's FM half had the station "Rockin' Easy in the Valley".  Anybody know what the "K-Gillionaire" contest was all about?  KGIL AM & FM were licensed to San Fernando, California near Los Angeles.

KGIL was branded as "Retro 1260" from 2009 to 2011 and played a mix of Oldies and Adult Standards.

They’re off our little wine bottle we would hand out mainly to advertising clients. Not too many handed out at remote broadcasts. Nasty taste.

It’s off of our 12 oz wine bottles we’d hand out to clients mainly. Don’t believe many were distributed at our remotes.
I’ve still got the stickers & a full wine bottle. Kinda nasty tasting.
