KVOO
1170 AM KVOO (The Voice Of Oklahoma) was put on the air in 1926 by an oil millionaire named E.H. Rollestone. They had a Country music format for most of their history as well as an award winning news department. Paul Harvey began his career at KVOO in 1933. KVOO AM switched to Talk in 2002 with KFAQ as their new call letters.
KVOO FM began in the early 1970s as KBJH with a Religious format before going Contemporary Christian as KCFO. They started simulcasting with their AM sister station in 1988. KVOO is licensed to Tulsa, Oklahoma.
