My records say that this sticker was from Erie, Pennsylvania. Some half-hearted Googling came up empty in trying to find out what their format was or when they were on the air. Some old Broadcasting Yearbooks list a station with WRIE call letters at 1330 and the frequency is currently home to a Fox Sports Radio affiliate WFNN. There is currently a WXTA on the FM dial in Erie known as "Country 98."

Actually from Rockford, Illinois. This station (later WYBR and now WNTA) had the WXTA calls from 1982-1987.
