Licensed to the Buffalo, New York suburb of Lancaster,
WXRL plays Classic Country along with some Polka music on the weekends. The station is owned and operated by
Ramblin' Lou Schriver (the RL in the call letters) a country music performer who bought WXRL in 1970.
