Lex & Terry

The duo of Lex Staley and Terry Jaymes originated in Jacksonville, Florida in 1992 and began national syndication in 1997.  They are currently heard on about 20 stations as well as XM Satellite Radio.   Lex & Terry are now based in Dallas, Texas and have been heard on various stations there including KTXQ, KDGE, KEGL and KRLD.

WRMR

850 AM in Cleveland, Ohio carried the WRMR call letters from 1985 until 2001.  They played a mix of 1940s, 50s and 60s ballads, standards, big band music and show tunes.  850 AM is currently Sports station WKNR.

KMNT

KMNT is a Country station licensed to Chehalis, Washington.  In 2005 they moved from 102.9 FM to 104.3 FM.

CKMH

CKMH is an Active Rock station in Medicine Hat, Alberta.  They went on the air in 2008.

CHFM

"Lite 96" was an Adult Contemporary station in Calgary, Alberta.  CHFM flipped to Hot Adult Contemporary at the end of 2013 and is now branded as "Kiss 95.9"

West Virginia Public Radio

West Virginia Public Radio is a network of eleven full-powered FM stations and seven translators.  Flagship station 88.5 WVPB is licensed to Charleston, WV and is also home to the long-running music show Mountain Stage which has aired since 1983.

In January, 2015 West Virginia Public Radio and television network West Virginia PBS merged their operations under one brand and became West Virginia Public Broadcasting.

CKLM

1570 AM CKLM was a 50,000-watt station licensed to Laval, Quebec near Montreal and broadcast from 1962 until 1994.  They started out playing French-language music exclusively and identified themselves as "the only unilingual French station in the world" (unlike other French speaking stations which played some English-language music.)  The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission mandated that CKLM cease operations which they did so in July, 1994.  The 1570 AM frequency was dark until 2004 when CFAV (now CJLV) went on the air.

Noordzee FM

Noordzee FM broadcast in the Netherlands between 1992 and 2005.  They took their name from early 1970s offshore station Radio North Sea International.

ARL

Private radio station ARL (Aquitaine Radio Live) began broadcasting in the Aquitaine region of southwestern France.  They went on the air in 1984.

WXXJ

"X102.9" WXXJ plays Modern Rock in Jacksonville, Florida. 

WOWW

A 1982 sticker from Pensacola, Florida's WOWW 107.  They carried a Country format from the late 1970s until 1994.  107.3 FM is currently Top-40/CHR "Kiss FM"

WLSK

100.9 WLSK (W Lebanon Springfield Kentucky) played Classic Hits in central Kentucky circa the mid-2000s.  They now carry a Country format.

WHLS

1450 WHLS (John Wismer & H.L. Stevens--the original owners) was an Oldies outlet in Port Huron, Michigan.  They currently simulcast the FM translator of 1580 WHLX which carries an Active Rock/Alternative format as "Rock 105.5"

WDCC

90.5 FM WDCC (W Department of Community Colleges) has been broadcasting since 1971 from Central Carolina Community College in Sanford, North Carolina.  The student-run station airs a Top-40/Hip-Hop format with a 3000-watt signal.

R.I.P. KPRI

San Diego's 106.5 KPRI was a legendary Rock station in San Diego, California.  They began a full-time Progressive Rock format starting in 1968 and, in 1973, became the first station to describe themselves as an "Album Oriented Rock" station.  KPRI lasted until early 1984 when they succumbed to the ratings success of rival KGB-FM.

The KPRI call letters returned to San Diego in 2002 at 102.1 FM and continued the Adult Album Alternative format they had under previous calls KXST.  The independently owned station was sold  to Religious broadcaster Educational Media Foundation and flipped to yet another Contemporary Christian K-LOVE affiliate.  KPRI was licensed to Encinitas, California.

KXRB

1000 AM KXRB plays Classic Country music in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

KRZA

88.7 KRZA went on the air in October, 1985.  The community radio station airs a mix of English and Spanish programming along with shows from NPR and Pacifica Radio.  KRZA is licensed to Alamosa, Colorado.

KKYX

Classic Country KKYX broadcasts in the San Antonio, Texas radio market.  They have carried a Country format ever since switching from Easy Listening in 1972.  KKYX claims to reach 100 counties with their 50,000 watt daytime and 10,000 watt nighttime signal.

KEAR FM & AM

From 1978 until 2005, KEAR FM served as the flagship station to the Oakland, California-based Family Radio network.  106.9 FM is currently KFRC-FM simulcasting the all-News programming of KCBS 740 AM.  KEAR FM was licensed to San Francisco, CA.  After the 106.9 FM frequency was sold, Family Radio moved the KEAR call letters to 610 AM.

CIBW is a Country station licensed to Drayton Valley, Alberta.
