WNOR

FM 99 WNOR is an Active Rock station in Norfolk, Virginia.  WNOR has had some version of a Rock format since 1974.

2WET

A sticker and magnet from community radio station 2WET "103.1 Tank FM" licensed to Kempsey, New South Wales, Australia.  They are known as Tank FM because the studios are housed in an unused concrete water storage tank.

CFGL

105.7 CFGL went on the air on September 10, 1968.  This detailed history of the station says that CFGL was once partly owned by radio and television presenter Jean-Pierre Coallier who was also a cartoonist.  I wonder if he drew the naked violinist that appears on the sticker.
CFGL is licensed to the Montreal suburb of Laval, Quebec and is now branded as Rythme 105.7 with an Adult Contemporary format.

Boca Radio

Boca Radio ("Mouth Radio") is a youth-oriented station broadcasting in Catalan from Barcelona, Spain.

Radio HIC

Radio HIC broadcast at 99.6 FM in Cholet, France.  Anyone know what the meaning of the "Cactus" between the C and 9 is?  (click it bigger)

WTMR

AM 800 WTMR broadcasts a Religious format in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania market.  The call letters originally stood for the owner's initials (W) Thomas M Roberts) but now reflect their current Religious format (Where The Master Reigns).  WTMR is licensed to Camden, New Jersey.

WJCT

A sticker and mug from public radio station 89.9 WJCT in Jacksonville, Florida.  The call letters are taken from their sister television station (W) Jacksonville Community Television.  WJCT FM went on the air in 1972.

WMSI

"Miss 103" WMSI has been a Country station in Jackson, Mississippi since July 4, 1981.

WYLD

98.5 WYLD is a long-time Urban Adult Contemporary station in New Orleans, Louisiana.  They have carried some version of an R&B format since 1975 after flipping from Rock as WIXO.  Sister station WYLD 940 AM has R&B roots going back to at least 1958 (where that year's Broadcasting Yearbook entry for the station includes the anachronistic line "Specialty Programs: Negro 100%".  WYLD AM is now an Urban Gospel station.

WJPA

95.3 WJPA is an Oldies station licensed to Washington, Pennsylvania near Pittsburgh.  They went on the air in 1964 and are now simulcast on WJPA 1450 AM. 

WENK

1240 AM WENK is an Oldies station licensed to Union City, Tennessee.  They went on the air almost 70 years ago on October 26, 1946.

WAGN

AM 1340 WAGN is a News/Talk station licensed to Menominee, Michigan.

WBMD

A vintage decal from (W) Baltimore, MarylanD's 105.7 WBMD.  Sometime around the late 1960s or early 70s, they duplicated the Country music format of sister station AM 750 during the day while flipping to Progressive Rock at night.  By 1972 they had gone full-time Rock and changed calls to WKTK.

KTCX

"Magic 102.5" KTCX is an Urban Contemporary station in Beaumont, Texas.  They have carried the same format since going on the air in 1998.

KOQL

"Q106.1" KOQL is a Top-40 station licensed to Ashland, Missouri.  They carried an Oldies format in the 1990s as "Kool 106.1"

WCOM

103.5 WCOM is a 100-watt, low-power FM station licensed to Chapel Hill, North Carolina.  They went on the air in 2004 and air a Variety format.  The WCOM studios were originally housed in an old bank building and could be seen through the drive-up window.

KGEO

AM 1230 in Bakersfield, California began broadcasting with the KGEO call letters in 1981 with an Oldies format.  They currently carry a Sports format as an ESPN Radio affiliate.

KARB

"K98.3" KARB is a Country music station licensed to Price, Utah.  They went on the air on July 4, 1977.

KFGQ

KFGQ AM and FM were simulcast Christian stations in Boone, Iowa.  The AM half was one of the oldest Religious stations in the country having gone on the air in 1927.  They also had the historical distinction of employing Lois Crawford (the daughter of the station's founder) who received the first FCC operator's license ever issued to a female.
1260 AM is currently KDLF "La Reina" airing Spanish language programming while 99.3 FM is Religious outlet KTIA "The Truth".

Lex & Terry

The duo of Lex Staley and Terry Jaymes originated in Jacksonville, Florida in 1992 and began national syndication in 1997.  They are currently heard on about 20 stations as well as XM Satellite Radio.   Lex & Terry are now based in Dallas, Texas and have been heard on various stations there including KTXQ, KDGE, KEGL and KRLD.
