WESO
970 WESO (WEbster SOuthbridge) is a Catholic radio station licensed to Southbridge, Massachusetts.
The top sticker dates to when they carried a Country format. In 2005, a feud between WESO's new general manager, Dick Vaughn, and his predecessor, Joe Grivalski, resulted in Grivalski walking out and taking the station's music library with him. They were left with dead air for a time before their satellite-fed Classic Country went back on the air.
