WHND

"Honey Radio" WHND was an Oldies station in Detroit, Michigan from 1974 until 1994.  They were one of the first Oldies stations in the country and specialized in music from the second half of the 1950s and the first half of the 1960s, especially doo-wop and lower charting records along with the hits.  AM 560 is currently Christian Talk station WRDT "The Word" licensed to Monroe, MI.

Hi there. I'm from the metro Detroit area and am currently writing a blog article about my memories of the '70s rock and roll oldies craze. Would you mind if I used the brown Honey Radio bumper sticker image for my blog? There were like a dozen of those things floating around at home when I was a kid but haven't one in years. Very cool!

Absolutely! Can you send me a link to the article when it's finished? Thanks
