Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. For 37 years KAUR operated like a traditional student-run college radio station. Because of a purported lack of student involvement, Augustana's administrators handed operations of the 680-watt outlet to
Minnesota Public Radio's News & Information service in September 2009.
