WRQO is licensed to Monticello, Mississippi and is now part of the Supertalk Mississippi network of stations. I looked at two random Broadcasting Yearbooks (1994 and 2000) to try to find out what format they were and both said "Traditional Country." "Q102" isn't a typical branding for a Country station--maybe they flipped to CHR at some point? If you know anything about the history of WRQO, please leave a comment.

Why not use Wikipedia?
Actually, WUSQ-FM in Winchester, VA and WVRQ-FM in Viroqua, WI (owned by different companies) currently use "Q102" as their branding and both carry a country format.
There are also a few country-formatted Q102.# stations too.
From 2002 until 2017, WOWQ-FM in DuBois, PA used "Q102" as their branding as well (it's now "Bigfoot Country" WIFT...because, sure?).
