University in Thousand Oaks, CA. They broadcast a full slate of NPR and other public radio programming along with BBC World Service news. These stickers date to when they aired a mix of Jazz and News/Talk. KCLU went on the air in October 1994.

KCLU acquired 1340 in Santa Barbara in 2008 and simulcasts the programming of 88.3 there. The 102.3 frequency is a translator of the AM station.
