KUGS

KUGS is a 100-watt, student-run, Freeform station from Western Washington University in Bellingham. KUGS went on the air in 1974 and in 2007 became the second radio station in the United States to broadcasting over the internet (after WXYC in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.)

KMRE

KMRE is a low-power (100 watts) FM station licensed to Bellingham, Washington. It is run by the Museum of Radio and Electricity (where it derives its call letters) and broadcasts the museum's media collection with music from the 1920s through the 1940s. KMRE came on the air in July, 2006.
