Originally a closed-circuit radio station broadcasting only to campus housing, CKDU officially began licensed broadcasting in 1984 at 97.5 FM from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In 2000 they moved to 88.1 FM and enjoyed an increase in their transmitter power from 33 to 520 watts. The typeface and shadowing of the second CKDU decal looks awfully similar to a certain fictional midwestern station, don't you think?

CHMB
AM 1320 CHMB is a Multicultural station in Vancouver, British Columbia airing Chinese programming through the week and a dozen other languages on weekends. The station signed on the air in December, 1959 as CHQM and for the next 30+ years carried different brands of a Nostalgia/Easy Listening/Lite Rock format. New owners took over in 1994 after which they flipped to their current call letters and Ethnic format. Although the sticker says "Since 1973," nothing in their history or Wikipedia page indicates anything special about that year. Anyone know differently?

WAPE
I'm 99% sure that this Big Ape Bumper Sticker is from WAPE in Jacksonville, Florida. Can anyone confirm this? WAPE was a powerhouse Top-40 station with giant-sized signal coverage located at 690 AM from the 1950s to early 1980s. Lots of pix and whatnot can be found at this Mighty 690 fan page on Facebook.
In 1986 the WAPE call letters were resurrected at 95.1 FM, once again residing over a CHR/Top-40 station in Jacksonville.
