A 25th anniversary magnet from ICI Radio-Canada Saskatchewan. I believe the ICI in the name (which translates to "right now" in English) designates this to be the French-language service of Radio Canada. Less than 2% of Saskatchewan's population speaks French, so I'm surprised these stations exist at all. Is it a requirement of the publicly-funded
CBC? Anybody have more info on this?
