103.9 FM KACE was on the air in Los Angeles, California from 1976 until 2000. The station was Black-oriented for its entire history, offering up format variations including R&B, Urban Contemporary, Hip-Hop and Oldies. KACE was once owned by former Green Bay Packer defensive end
Willie Davis. In 1997 they added KRTO, a simulcast at 98.3 FM to better cover LA's eastern suburbs.
