WTTL

AM 1310 WTTL is a Classic Hits station licensed to Madisonville, Kentucky.  They are also heard on a translator at 103.5 FM.  The "Cats" refers to the Wildcats mascot of the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

WOBL

WOBL has been a Country station since going on the air in (W) OBerLin, Ohio in 1971.  They were originally located at 1570 AM before moving to their current position at 1320 AM in 1976.  They currently air a Classic Country format and are also heard on a translator at 107.7 FM.

WKWM

1140 AM WKWM in Grand Rapids, Michigan began as a Disco station in the fall of 1978 and later transitioned to an Urban Contemporary format.  The call letters existed until 1998 when they switched to Talk as WXBV and then returned again from 1999 until 2003.  WKWM was licensed to (W) KentWood, Michigan.

WGLU

WGLU 106.1 LPFM's Facebook page says they play "a variety of Adult Contemporary & Country Christian music."  It's unclear if they are still on the air.  As of this posting their website and live stream were down and radiolocator.com shows no results when searching for their call letters.  WGLU is/was licensed to Newport, New York.

WBZQ

1550 AM WBZQ was a Religious station licensed to Greenville, North Carolina from 1962 until 1995.

Radio Unica

Miami-based Radio Unica operated Spanish-language News/Talk stations in about a dozen markets before declaring bancruptcy in 2003.  The slogan on each sticker translates to "The station that is most heard every day!"

KREH

900 AM KREH is a Vietnamese-language station licensed to Pecan Grove, Texas with studios in the Little Saigon neighborhood of Houston.  "Radio Saigon Houston" is credited with bringing many Vietnamese from the West coast to Texas after stories about business successes and a lower cost-of-living were simulcast on stations in Orange County and San Jose, California. 
KREH is a daytime-only station and went on the air in 1999.

Hank FMs

Hank FM is the branding of a handful of stations in the US and Canada that typically carry a Country or Classic Country format (or a mix of both.)  The owner of the brand is Kroeger Media who also created the "Bob FM" Variety Hits format.  Other Hank FM stickers can be seen here.  And here.

107.1 LPFM KLJX is a 100-watt, student-run, Free Form radio station broadcasting from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ.

Prior to receiving their low-power FM license, KJACK was heard on 1680 AM starting in 1999.
