"Village 900 AM" CKMO was the campus radio station of Camosun College in Victoria, British Columbia. They went on the air in 1991, originally at 103.1 FM before moving to 900 AM in 2000. With no funding to maintain and upgrade transmitting equipment, CKMO went off the air permanently in 2012.

1340 AM WEXL was on the air in Detroit, Michigan from 1931 until 2017. Many of those years they carried a Country format aimed at people who migrated from southern states to work in the city's automobile assembly plants. WEXL was licensed to Royal Oak, MI.

100.9 FM KTIM began broadcasting in San Rafael, California in 1961. For a time they simulcast the Middle-of-the-Road format of sister station KTIM 1510 AM during the day and played Rock music at night. They were full-time AOR from the mid-1970s until 1987 when they switched to Adult Contemporary and tweaked their calls to KTID.
