A late-1990s sticker and t-shirt from KNOE in Monroe, Louisiana. The call letters existed from 1967 until 2013 and were named after former Governor of Louisiana James A Noe (who also owned
WNOE.) At the time they were simply branded as "FM 102", they carried a CHR format.
