"Rooster 107" WROO played Country music in Jacksonville, Florida from 1991 until 2005.
780 AM in Reno, Nevada changed their call letters from KCRL to KROW around 1983. At that time they carried an MOR format but later switched to Country which lasted until around 1994.

My first job during my 1984 Summer break at UNR was dressing up in their giant crow costume and performing as the KROW mascot every weekend, in 100 degree heat. Later I worked for them all 1986 as their evening disc jockey, Dan Ericson.
