1240 AM WOMT has been on the air in Manitowoc, Wisconsin since November 1926. They originally broadcast from the
Mikadow Theater which was co-owned with the station and gave meaning to the MT in the call letters. WOMT carries a Full Service/Adult Contemporary format and is also heard on a translator at 107.9 FM.
